Forex analysis: NZDUSD

In front of you is the Weekly-Chart of the NZDUSD. I have highlighted two important areas in the chart. Once the trendline and the support level. Nice to see how the course has now reached both areas. But why did I draw up these areas? Quite simply: Enlarges the chart and looks at how clearly the course of the NZDUSD has turned, if it went in the past to one of the two areas. Here we have a nice Confluence: Two factors which both speak for an upward movement. Forex analysis means, that you are able to read the Chart and have an overview.

Let's take a look at the important Daily-Chart to see the price trend better since the test of the trendline. Here I added the next smaller resistance upwards. It can happen here that the course moves down again through seller. In the long term, however, I suppose, that we get an upward movement.

However, always remember: there are always and everywhere exceptions; So it is also on Forex trading: No trade, no matter how perfect the setup is, has a 100% success probability! Forex analysis only helps you to gain an advantage.
